My Story — Why I Created This Course


I’m Georgina, a yoga teacher and twin mom.

When I got pregnant, I thought I was prepared. After years of teaching yoga, I knew the poses — but living it was different. It wasn’t just about physical strength; it was about finding calm when I felt anxious, softening when my body felt heavy, and reminding myself I was capable, even on the hardest days.


Yoga, breathwork, and mindset practices became my anchor. They carried me through pregnancy, supported me in birth, and gave me tools I leaned on in the early postpartum days.


Over the years, I’ve guided many women through their own pregnancies. Each journey has been unique, but the longing is always the same: to feel supported, confident, and prepared for birth.
