Feel Calm, Supported, and Ready for Your Journey

Pregnancy and birth are such powerful life experiences — but they can also feel uncertain. Many women tell me they wonder:

“How will my body change?”

“What if I don’t know how to cope with labor?”

“How do I prepare while still enjoying this season of life?”

If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. These are real, normal worries. And the good news is — you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.

From My Journey to Yours

Every mother and couple I’ve worked with comes to this journey carrying both hopes and worries. I understand that deeply, because I’ve been there myself during my twin pregnancy. That experience showed me how grounding yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness can be in finding balance, calm, and strength through all the changes.

Now, I share those same tools with the women and couples I support. With experience, compassion, and practical guidance, I’ll walk beside you so you feel calm, informed, and ready to step into birth and parenthood with confidence.

How I Can Support You

Over the years, I’ve created different ways to support women and couples, because every journey is unique. You might want something self-paced and gentle, or you may prefer guidance, coaching, and ongoing support. Here’s what you’ll find here:

  • Prenatal Yoga Course (Online) → Gentle flows, breathwork, and meditations for every trimester, helping you ease discomfort and prepare for birth at your own pace.
  • Couples Hypnobirthing Program (In-Person Group) → Learn how to release fear, breathe through labor, and prepare together with your partner for a calm, confident birth.
  • Private Yoga Sessions → Personalized one-on-one yoga to meet your body where it is, whether prenatal, postnatal, or embodied flow.
  • Birth Plan Guidance (1:1) → Turn your wishes and values into a clear, flexible plan so you feel informed and empowered.

Imagine the Difference

What if, instead of feeling anxious about the unknown,

you felt…

Strong in your body

Calm in your mind

Supported in your choices

Confident in your ability to

birth and parent your baby

This is what’s possible when you have the right tools, guidance, and care.

FAQs

Are online yoga classes safe during pregnancy?

Yes. All practices are designed specifically for pregnancy and based on prenatal yoga safety guidelines. Each flow includes modifications for every trimester to keep you safe and comfortable.

Can I practice yoga if I’ve never done it before?

Absolutely. You don’t need any prior yoga experience. The classes are beginner-friendly and focus on gentle, mindful movement that supports you through pregnancy.

What if I have specific pregnancy concerns (such as back pain, sciatica, C-section recovery etc)?

Always consult your doctor first, but in most cases, prenatal yoga can be safely adapted. I provide modifications for common discomforts like back pain, pelvic tension, or fatigue. For special circumstances, private sessions may be more appropriate to ensure tailored support.

How does this course help me prepare for birth?

You’ll learn breathing techniques, birth-focused yoga poses, and relaxation practices to support labor. These tools help you manage discomfort, stay calm, and work with your body during birth.

Can my partner be involved?

Yes. In hypnobirthing sessions, partners learn practical ways to support during pregnancy and birth — from relaxation scripts to comfort techniques. Even in prenatal yoga, I encourage couples to explore breathing or relaxation practices together at home.

What if I can’t finish my sessions in time?

Each package has a clear validity period to encourage consistency. If you need extra time, I offer a one-time 2-week grace extension.

Why do you use angel numbers for pricing?

The numbers (1111, 2222, 3333 etc.) are symbolic and intentional. For example, 1111 represents new beginnings, 2222 reflects balance and harmony and 3333 stands for growth and support. These numbers connect with the mindful, intentional energy behind each offering.
