My Story — Why I Created This Course
I’m Georgina, mom of twins Shams & Nour, and yoga and hypnobirthing teacher.
When I got pregnant, I thought I was prepared. But soon enough I realized that it wasn’t just about physical strength; it was about finding calm when I felt anxious, softening when my body felt heavy, and reminding myself I was capable, even on the hardest days.
Yoga, breathwork, and mindset practices became my anchor. They carried me through pregnancy, supported me in birth, and gave me tools I leaned on in the early postpartum days.
Over the years, I’ve guided many women through their own pregnancies. Each journey has been unique, but the desire is always the same: to feel supported in pregnancy and prepared for birth.
This course is the heart of both my story and theirs — a blend of personal experience and years of guiding moms-to-be, crafted to give you practices that truly make a difference.
